Blandine V. Baudin is admitted to the bar in New York State and France. She obtained her Master I in Civil Law and a postgraduate degree Master II in Employment Law from the University of Paris II-Panthéon Assas (France), and an LL.M. in Banking, Corporate and Finance Law from Fordham University School of Law in New York. She trained and practiced in the Paris offices of Baker & McKenzie and Linklaters and worked in law firms in New York in the fields of employment law, international corporate law and immigration law.
Blandine V. Baudin's practice focuses on corporate, immigration and employment law matters. In particular, she has experience advising on numerous aspects of employment law, including drafting of employment contracts, employee handbooks, issues on termination of employment and separation agreements. She is fluent in French and English and conversant in German and Spanish.
